Streak of Green.

As you know Austin and I just moved down to South Carolina two days ago and we are finally getting all moved in and really enjoying ourselves!  He has been experimenting with our new house hold "toys" we got from the bridal shower including the Ninja Blender and the Keurig.  He is such a child but I love that side of him even though half the time I am looking at him like "umm what are you, seriously, why are you doing that?  Maybe all men get excited about things like that haha

Anyways today we enjoyed a relaxing run, where we sweated to death!  I would say we are not exactly use to the heat yet ha but I have been swearing I would start running as soon as I got down here and run everyday at least till the wedding.  After running we made some lunchy and then rode our bikes to the pool.  We stayed there for about 4 hours and then went home, got all cleaned up and headed out to dinner.

I wore this multi-colored maxi from Target.  You can find it here!  It is the best fabric, and are you not totally loving the colors?!  I have always loved greens, blacks and greys together, even though they tend to be fall/winter colors I think they can be transitioned into summer colors if made with the right fabric and designed as a summer pick.  For instance this dress, maxi's are the hot item this summer and a must have for any woman's closet.  I also found some adorable peplum tops from express here that embraces the greens that are so often seen as those fall/winter colors but I was totally in love.  Might have to go back and purchase!

Don't mind the bun, my hair was still wet when we went out to dinner :)

This dress speaks for itself, the colors are fabulous but I did pair it with a simple green ring.  I didn't dress it up to much but it is totally possible.  Like I said I wore it out to dinner so it was dressy enough, without much added, for the occasion.  However for night time you could put a big chunky silver necklace and a black clutch.

My.Babe

We ended up going to Carrabba's for dinner.  I have been there before long ago, but he has not.  I was kind of worried he might not be able to find anything he would like because he is not a huge pasta person and that is an italian restaurant.  Of course he managed to get the most expensive thing on the menu haha.  He ordered Lobster Tail with Sirloin Steak and a side of green beans, I ordered a Panini with mozzarella cheese, roasted tomatoes, chicken and basil.  Both meals were fabulous and thanks to gift cards it was free :)

Promise to keep you updated with all our new adventures!

Thanks for reading and supporting,
