Crop Tops and Black Flops.

Morning lovelies,

I hope all of you are having a relaxing morning like I am.  Unfortunately last night I had the worst nightmare.  It was about my baby Bella, I woke up shooting my body forward in a panic, finding her, grabbing here and crying.  It was awful!  I honestly don't know what I would do without my doggie.  She has really been my comforter through some times and that dream made me want to puke.  I don't know about you but when I have awful dreams that really hit me deep down, it takes a few minutes or so to fall back asleep.

On a positive note I began working out again..... unenthusiastic yayy.  But seriously I never crave working out, just not that kind of girl.  However, I am the type of person that when I want to do something I do it, and go all out.  So yesterday was my first day back in the gym and it was more pathetic than I thought.  I mean it hasn't been THAT long, but geesh o peetes that was embarrassing   I did maybe 5 machines, 3 reps of 20 and could feel my legs turning to jello.  Today I am doing cardio with my mother-in-law.  She does Zumba classes.  I have done them before and there is nothing that pulls on your embarrassed yet strings!  Good thing I am one who can laugh at myself, because there will be a lot of that!

This outfit is so simple but I love it.  The top is from a little shop in Cali and I am a sucker for clothing that I can't find here.  It always seems so much more exciting, like I found a treasure or something ha!

I just love this taupe color, and the cropping of the top.  I love crop tops, however they can be a little snug sometimes and show a lot of what you don't want shown.  This top is a chiffon material so it hangs really nicely and is loose at the bottom.  It also has double straps (which you can't tell) that adds some simple detail to the top.  Just all around a favorite piece.

I paired it with my favorite rose gold Michael Kors watch (I got a few years back), and some rose gold bangles from Aldo.
